The Young Soil Scientists and the 15th China Youth Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer Scientists Academic Conference' (referred to as 'Green Soil Society') was successfully opened in Yan'an. More than 400 experts, scholars and graduate students from universities, research institutes and business circles from all over the country attended the meeting. With the theme of 'helping rural revitalization and building a beautiful China', the conference aims to provide a platform for exchanges and cooperation for young workers in the fields of soil, fertilizer, plant nutrition and other agricultural resource utilization, to stimulate the vitality and intelligence of young scientific and technological workers, and to promote the The connection, intersection and integration of various research fields of agronomy.

In order to show the new achievements and progress made by young soil and fertilizer scientists in my country in recent years in soil resources, soil environment, soil fertility, plant nutrition and green agriculture. Academician Shao Mingan from the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University gave a special report at the conference 'The Important Contributions and Challenges of the Three-North Shelterbelt'. It pointed out the main problems faced by the Three-North Shelterbelt and the ways to improve the quality and efficiency. At the same time, he shared his long-term research on the ecological construction of the Loess Plateau, the technology and demonstration of improving quality and efficiency with clear waters and lush mountains, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to do a good job in rural revitalization.
